Today third fishing day at the Amur river and we were up against the Mandarin fish. Dima, the guide, caught a monster right from under the grass!!! I’ve got skygazer and zander… I’m not upset, even though I’m getting tense. Almost everyone on the team caught at least a small Manarin. The weather is unstable, sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it rains, the water level is still rising, but the fish are biting, which is generally good.
